The Art, Cake & Celebrate Experience $295
A private, 2-hour curated birthday experience in a warm, beautifully prepared studio setting. Each gathering includes a thoughtfully designed art project, all materials, and guided instruction, with dedicated time before and after for preparation and reset, so you can enjoy a smooth, elevated experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do parents stay during the gathering?
For younger children, especially ages 4–5, we recommend that a parent or caregiver remain on-site. For older children, gatherings may be drop-off, depending on the group's age and each family’s comfort level.
Can I choose the art project?
Each project is thoughtfully selected by Maple & Moon based on the age group and overall experience. If you have a theme or special idea in mind, you’re welcome to share it, and we’re always happy to consider it.
How many children can attend?
The base package includes up to 8 children. Additional guests may be added for $20 per child, depending on space and availability.
Can I arrive early to set up?
Yes. We typically allow a short window before your gathering for simple setup. We’ll coordinate those details with you in advance.
Can we bring food, drinks, and cake?
Yes. Families are welcome to bring simple snacks, drinks, and birthday cake. We kindly ask that food and decor remain simple to help preserve the calm and welcoming nature of the space.
What kind of decorations are allowed?
Simple decorations are welcome. To maintain the studio's atmosphere, we ask that decorations remain minimal. Full decoration guidelines are outlined in our policies.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
