Maple & Moon Farmhouse, LLC Policies & Guidelines

Reservations

All classes must be reserved in advance.

To allow time for thoughtful preparation, class dates must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Package and pass holders must reserve each class separately. A valid package or pass does not guarantee placement without a completed reservation.

Cancellations & Make-Up Classes

All class purchases, packages, and passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If your child is unable to attend a reserved class, a make-up class may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and space.

Missed classes without prior arrangement, or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, will result in forfeiture of that class credit.

Reservations & Payment

Advance online reservation and payment are required for all classes.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Package expiration dates begin on the purchase date and may not be extended.

A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 applies to card payments. A 1% processing fee applies to ACH payments.

Participation

Because Maple & Moon Farmhouse, LLC classes are designed for young children, parent, grandparent, or caregiver participation may be encouraged or required depending on the child’s age and class format.

If your child has any special needs, accommodations, or considerations that would help support their experience, we kindly ask that you share this with us in advance.

We kindly ask families to arrive on time, honor drop-off and pick-up windows, and help care for the space so that each Maple & Moon gathering remains a beautiful experience for all.

Supervision
