Studio Policies

At Maple & Moon Farmhouse, every detail is thoughtfully designed to create a calm, welcoming, and meaningful experience for children and families. The following policies help support the rhythm and flow of our small-group studio environment.

Membership Enrollment

Maple & Moon Farmhouse operates as a recurring monthly membership studio.

Enrollment reserves your child’s place in their selected weekly class and secures one consistent studio session each week.

Due to intentionally small class sizes, enrollment is limited.

Tuition & Billing

Membership tuition is $150/month and will be billed monthly.

Tuition reserves your child’s place in the studio and is not based solely on attendance. Some months naturally include additional class opportunities at no additional charge.

Attendance & Missed Classes

Because of our intentionally small class sizes and limited enrollment, makeup classes are not guaranteed.

If space allows, occasional makeup opportunities may be offered at the discretion of Maple & Moon Farmhouse.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.

Arrival & Pick-Up

Please arrive promptly for both drop-off and pick-up to help maintain a calm, smooth studio experience for all students.

Illness Policy

To help keep our studio community healthy, please keep your child home if they are experiencing:

• fever

• vomiting

• diarrhea

• persistent cough

• contagious illness symptoms

Children should be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to class.

Clothing

Creative exploration can sometimes be messy. Please send children in comfortable clothing that can tolerate paint, glue, and art materials.

Studio Environment

Maple & Moon Farmhouse is intentionally designed to be a calm, welcoming, and respectful creative environment.

Kindness, respect, and gentle behavior are expected from all students to help ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Photography

Occasionally, photographs may be taken during studio sessions for use on the Maple & Moon Farmhouse website and social media platforms.

Families who prefer their child not be photographed may notify Maple & Moon Farmhouse in writing.

Weather & Closures

In the event of severe weather, illness, an emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified as soon as possible of any studio closures or schedule adjustments.

Membership Changes & Cancellation

If a family wishes to cancel membership, written notice is kindly requested prior to the next billing cycle.

Because enrollment is limited and studio spaces are intentionally small, reserved memberships cannot be held without active tuition.
